高效率．高保真．無縫組裝多條DNA片段與載體克隆 Gibson Assembly® 較之傳統克隆技術不需要依賴限制性切位點進行核酸片段篩選，
而是藉由序列合成或是利用引子將延長核酸片段的末端，產生的同源交疊序列(Overlap)， 通過這些同源交疊序列，
