The QIAamp PowerFecal DNA Kit removes tough inhibitors from stool, gut and biosolid samples and provides clean, ready-to-use DNA for any downstream application. With the included Inhibitor Removal Technology, inhibitors from digested food, heme from lysed red blood cells in stool and other PCR inhibitors are eliminated leaving only high-quality DNA ready for downstream applications such as qPCR, Sanger sequencing and next-generation sequencing.
The QIAamp DNA Micro Kit simplifies purification of genomic and mitochondrial DNA with a fast spin-column procedure. Optimized protocols are included for use with small amounts of fresh or frozen blood, tissue, and dried blood spots. The kit combines the selective binding properties of a silica-based membrane with flexible elution volumes of between 20 and 100 μl. Purification of DNA using the QIAamp DNA Micro Kit can be automated on the QIAcube.
The QIAamp DNA Mini Kit provides silica-membrane-based nucleic acid purification from tissues, swabs, CSF, blood, body fluids, or washed cells from urine. No mechanical homogenization is necessary as the tissues are lysed enzymatically. The convenient spin-column procedure reduces hands-on preparation time to 20 minutes. Purification of DNA using the QIAamp DNA Mini Kit can be automated on the QIAcube.
The QIAamp RNA Blood Mini Kit provides silica-membrane-based purification of cellular RNA from up to 1.5 ml of fresh, whole human blood stabilized with any common anticoagulant, such as citrate, heparin, or EDTA. After homogenization using the QIAshredder spin column, a fast spin-column procedure simplifies RNA purification. Purification can be fully automated on the QIAcube.
The RNeasy Micro Kit is designed for purification of up to 45 μg RNA from small cell and tissue samples. Tissue samples can be conveniently stabilized using RNAlater RNA Stabilization Reagent or Allprotect Tissue Reagent, and efficiently disrupted using a TissueRuptor or TissueLyser system. RNA purification using the RNeasy Micro Kit can be fully automated on the QIAcube Connect. For larger samples, the RNeasy Mini Kit (spin-column binding capacity of 100 µg RNA), RNeasy Midi Kit (spin-column binding capacity of 1 mg RNA), and RNeasy Maxi Kit (spin-column binding capacity of 6 mg RNA) are also available.

Puregene Accessories used in combination with Gentra Puregene Kits enable purification of high-molecular-weight (100–200 kb) DNA suitable for archiving. The scalable purification procedure gently removes contaminants and inhibitors and allows large-volume samples to be purified for use as long-term references.
